To Use: This recipe is appropriate for sun-kissed, not sunburned, skin. If
you have a sunburn, choose another recipe from this chapter such as the
Soothe-My-Sunburn Bath. Apply a thick layer to clean damp skin. Start
with the body and finish with the face, avoiding eye area. Leave on 10–
30 minutes. You can wrap yourself in plastic wrap, a clean sheet, and/or
sit on a towel or lay in the tub. To remove, moisten your skin and
massage the mask off in small circular motions, starting with the legs and
arms, making your way up to the torso, ending at your heart.
