Edhard equipment fills a need in the marketplace. The bakery, food service, cosmetic and packaging industries use Edhard metering

systems to save time and material.

A sample list of food products which can be injected, deposited, layered, metered and topped by using our metering system.

THE PURPOSE OF THE EDHARD EQUIPMENT IS TO DOSE LIQ-

UID AND SEMI-LIQUID PRODUCTS IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

• Inject a product into another product


• Deposit a product in a container


• Deposit a product on top of another product


• Layer a product on to another product


• Decorate a product with another product

This equipment consists of three main components:

POWER BASE:

A power unit; controlling all dosing functions.

FILLER UNIT:

A pump and hopper combination, used with the Power Base as a

means of delivering a product.

It could use either Polycarbonate hopper for creamy soft fillings

that doesn’t require a lot of pressure to be pumped through; or

Stainless steel hoppers that dispense viscous products, containing

particles up to the size of a 10mm diameter without crushing.

Spout/Nozzle:

An accessory used with the Filler Unit in order to deliver the product

for a specific application.
