secreting   leptin, as  a   way to  communicate to
your    brain   whether you are too fat,    too lean,   or
just    right.  Based   on  leptin’s    critically
important   message,    your    brain   constantly
gives   you subconscious    directions, which
drive   your    food-seeking    behavior    and physical
activity    levels.
