sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon filets in the middle of the
parchment, skin side down, leaving at least 1”
of space around all sides of each filet. Brush
the tops of the fish with the rest of the melted
butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place salmon in oven and roast just until it
begins to barely flake when poked with a fork,
about 8-10 minutes total. To serve, place each
salmon filet on a plate and top with 1-2 thin
slices of the hazelnut butter.
