Carlos asks me. “Lya. and yes.” I corrected him. Okay,what you're gonna do is
put your hands together and think of how high it isyou want to go.” He says.
“Okay, got it.” I say, eager to fly. “Last step: takeoff.” He says as I'm lifting up.
“Once you’re how high you want to go, put your armsout to keep your balance,”
He says. He is actually helping me. He finally taughtme something. “And to
come back down, bring your hands back together andthink about how low you
want to go. Do this step slowly.” He says with a sincerevoice. “I did it! I can't
believe flying is realllll!” I scream, almost sheddinga tear. “Key and Carl, now you
try.” Our “instructor” (Carlos) says. They both goup and scoff as if they couldn’t
believe it was possible, when I just did it. “I'malmost bird high.” Key says. “Omg
this is like, actually fun.” My brother says happily.(He is able to teleport, but only
from one place to another. He never had the abilityto float.) They are pretty
happy, as am I. I just don't like the fact of whereour happiness is coming from.
“What else are we learning, Mom and Dad?” I call themthis because I get the
feeling that they’re up to something. “Oh my- well.Umm. I was going to teach
you all how to create fire, water, and air. I canshow you first then I'll demonstrate

mouth. She is doing some weird chant right now. “Wait,that's an actual fireball.
Woahhhh. Throw it!” I say, because I'm mesmerizedand in the mood for conflict.

taps back into life. “Put your right hand on top ofyour left and think of horrid
thoughts. Let all of that energy pour into your hands.It may get hot but just
continue until the heat goes away.” She instructsus. “So I can throw it now?” I
ask with a smirk. “Go ahe-.” I threw the fireballat Re’Aisio. Everyone stops and
there’s silence. C-dog and Key chuckle. I think it'sfunny but I have to maintain
my serious look. “I thought we were starting somethinghere. But I guess you
guys really don't want us anymore.” Re’Aisio preaches.“Oh we were never
