letting us to use them as a basis. We have modified the tasks for our project and circumstances in Silokallio, changed the order of some tasks
and added guidelines for tutors.

Idea

For tutors: Put big papers on the walls, floor, tables... keep the group moving (refreshes the brain) – the task is to write down ideas for
about ten minutes. Please note: every single idea is a good one, no limits, no evaluation!

If the group doesn ́t seem to get started, you can use post it papers first. Everyone should write down at least five ideas. Then they
should change the papers within the group. Everyone chooses 2-3 good ideas and attaches them to the big papers. (Read then the
ideas together and continue working. You can use Post it papers later on as well, if the group wants to change their idea ori f there is
another tricky situation.)

After about ten minutes ask them to read out loud new and good ideas on the papers and as they have got to know the ideas, ask them
to choose one idea that they start developing together. Put the idea in words: what is this product or service that they will be offering.
If it is difficult to choose, they can still keep a couple of ideas and see with the help of the next tasks, which suits the group best.

The goal of today ́s work is to develop a sustainable business idea. You can think of ecological, economical or social sustainability or in an ideal
case combine them all. You can think of UN ́s Agenda 2030 (see the poster) or Mega trends we dealed with in the morning (the cards). We have
also heard various experts and their visions or thoughts about sustainability and circular economy. Maybe you already had ideas during the
visits in these couple of days?
