1 Come into a standing position. Shift your weight over to the left foot and bring the
right knee into the chest. Use your peace sign fingers (index and middle finger) to
hook around the right big toe, and then gently extend the right leg straight out in
front of you. Pull the right hip down so it stays level with the left, and engage the inner
thigh.
