1 Begin in Dolphin Pose. This is just like Downward-Facing Dog, but with the forearms
on the floor. Measure the space between the elbows the same way you did for the
supported headstand. Draw the shoulder blades down, keep the neck long, and start
to walk the feet in toward the elbows.
