sitting in silence. In the beginning it’s hard, but the more you practice, the
easier it will be. A meditation practice can change your life beyond the
realm of the body. Meditation helps you create space between you and
your circumstances. Meditation inspires calm. Focus. Wisdom. You won’t
know where your meditation practice is going to take you before you start.
e key is to be consistent. Start by meditating for five minutes a day,
either right when you wake up or right before you go to bed. After a
month of practice, increase your meditation time to ten minutes, then
fifteen. Aim to get to twenty minutes of meditation daily. It will make a
difference in your life!
