Garlicky Cheddar Biscuits and


Gravy

¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
2 tablespoons very cold unsalted butter (or lard if

½ cup sharp cheddar cheese cut into ¼-inch dice

¼ cup minced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (Kite Hill brand
cream cheese style spread if dairy-free), softened
