Keto isn’t a diet to me or my family; it is a way of life. We
enjoy feeling this amazing, so we never want to veer away
from ketogenic foods. We aren’t tempted by traditional
mashed potatoes or wheat-filled breads. I think the main
reason we are never enticed is that I’m always on the hunt
for new ways to make ketogenic foods even more
comforting and delicious.


Food is tradition!

I’m guessing you and your family have a few traditions that
are food-related. When I was a child, we always had lasagna
on my birthday. I love lasagna, especially BBQ chicken
lasagna, and I always made it for my siblings’ birthdays. My
brothers and sister and I would gather at our parents’ house,
and we would celebrate with my lasagna and then play a fun
game of volleyball outside.
