Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of
the meatloaves reaches 160°F. Remove from the oven
and sprinkle the tops with shredded cheese, then return
to the oven and bake just until the cheese is melted,
about 2 minutes. Serve on top of additional marinara
sauce, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
- Store extras in an airtight container in the
refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on a rimmed
baking sheet in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes
or until warmed through.
