Keto Grits

likely already familiar with these indispensable keto
grits. I find that they have a million uses and go with
just about any flavor or type of cuisine.
4 large eggs
¼ cup beef bone broth, homemade (here) or store-
bought
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter
