Agile Basics

BASICS

Understandingofleadershipoftheagilemanager...

Transferresponsibility
Leaders must be able to let go. On the
one hand, so that they do not run the
risk of controlling the employees in
every step and ultimately ending up in
micromanagement. On the other hand,
so that they can constantly promote
new topics and develop themselves
further.

createapositiveenvironment
Such a positive working environment
includes systems and processes as well
as a corresponding corporate culture.
What is relevant is that a culture is
created that focuses on a positive
image of human beings, in which
mistakes are allowed and seen as
potential for improvement.

Orientationonresults
The decisive factor is not the amount of
work involved, but the result. In the
agile environment, we regularly
question how processes and
procedures can be improved in order to
further optimize the work result: The
processes or the way to get there are
only the means to an end.

Focusonstrengths
Every employee, every manager has
strengths. Especially in agile teams it is
purposeful to implement a
strengthening oriented approach, so
that the employees can best participate
in the team and the team becomes a
powerful one.

Buildingtrust
Successful cooperation is based on trust. Trust requires a positive image of people.
Only when managers learn to trust their employees can the principles 1 to 4 be fully or
successfully implemented -in short, only through trust can agile work be done in
consequence.
