Thedevelopmentteampresentstheresultsandcheckswhethertheinitialgoalhasbeenachieved.
Theimportantfeedbackfromtheproductownerandstakeholdersisthebasisforfurtherproduct
design.Theimplementations willonlybeacceptedbytheproductowneriftheyareconsidered
readywithinthescopeofthe"DefinitionofDone".Otherwise,theyareconsideredasunfinisheduser
storiesthatreturntotheproductbacklogandarereprioritized.
SprintRetrospective
Thesprintretrospectiveisattheendofasprint.Inthismeeting,theteamreviewsthepastsprintand
examinesboththedevelopmentprocessandthecollaborationforimprovementpotential.
Procedure: Time-boxed (3 hours) at the end of each sprint
important aspect: It is not a meeting for performance assessment,
but for process improvement.
Participants: Development team, scrum master and product owner
Continuousimprovementisafundamentalrequirementofscrumprojects.Thesprintretrospectiveis
animportantpartofthisprocess.Thescrummasterisconsideredamoderatorandhelpstheteam
tofindpracticesandimprovements.Theteam'scurrentworkingmethodswillbereviewedtomake
them more efficient and effective in the next sprints. The improvement measures must be
documentedandplanned.
