Continuous delivery pipeline

Whether to work with Scrum or

Kanban is up to the teams. But

what is important is that the

work is done in a certain

rhythm.

This rhythm is determined by

the Product Increment (PI)

plannings. The PI Plannings

take place every 2-3 months

and are the equivalent to the

Sprint Planningson the team-

level.

In between the PI Planning, the

individual Scrum teams work

as usual in Sprints.

Of particular importance is the

agile principle of the

Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

This implies that there is

continuous development and

implementation in terms of

regular demos and Inspects &

Adapts in response to external

requirements.
