Nexus

Nexus ( =connecting link) is a framework based on

the agile manifest and Scrum, which has been

extended by some roles and events.

The focus of the coordination work is to identify

and display interdependenciesin the workflow.

Nexus Guide

In addition to the classic Scrum framework, Nexus includes the Nexus Integration Team,

which consists of a Scrum Master, Product Owner and one or more Integration Team

members. The Team coaches, coordinates and ensures the correct execution of parallel

development work, as well as the correct implementationofScrum practices and tools. The

team is responsible for the overall increment at the end of the sprint.

As with LeSSand SAFe, there is only one Product Owner who carries the overall

responsibility for the product development. The three to nine development teams

complete subtasks from the backlog and create an individual backlog for each sprint. The

Scrum Master is responsible for the correct implementation of the Nexus Framework.
