SCRUM
Is an agile project management methodology that goes hand in hand with an iterative

team).

In the context, board is usually understood as a whiteboard on which the status of the tasks
is visualized. It is a combined overview of the product backlogs and the sprint backlogs.
SCRUM Master
The scrum master is a role that should be solely concerned with the iterative process. He or
she organizes the events/activities within the framework of scrum and supports the team in
their daily work by removing obstacles (servant-leaders).
Scrum of Scrums

different Scrum teams is regularly coordinated.
SCRUM Team
