user story

A user story describes a specific property or requirement for the product. Usually, the

product owner writes the user stories in everyday language from the users' point of view.

Work in Progress (WIP)

The WIP specifies the number of parallel running tasks. The WIP strategy aims to avoid

bottlenecks by limiting the number of work in progress.

XP (Extreme Programming)

Extreme Programming is another agile method of software development that implements

proven techniques in a special way. This includes constant reviews, continuous testing,

continuous design and redesign as well as constant feedback, short release cycles and

strong customer involvement.
