Whatmakesyousad?Whatareyouafraidof?Whatdoyouwant?"


Whenwelistentoourfeelingswithcompassion,ournegativefeelingsquitemiraculouslyarehealed,and
weareabletorespondtosituationsinamuchmorelovingandrespectfulway. By understanding our
childlikefeelingsweautomaticallyopenadoorforlovingfeelingstopermeatewhatwesay.


Ifaschildrenourinneremotionshadbeenrepeatedlyheardandvalidatedinalovingway,thenasadults
wewouldn'tgetstuckinnegativeemotions.Butmostofusweren'tsupportedthiswayaschildren,sowe
havetodoitforourselves.
