Are Specific

Say enough to make your point and stop. But be certain that
the points you make are specific. Rather than saying,


Everyone knows that isn’t true.

it is more specific to say,


I have information from Dr. Martin and Dr. Jones that
we need to consider here.

Avoid saying,

We shouldn’t use that vendor.
