10 Click the OK button twice to return to the workbook.

Now create a PivotTable of Interest values to see whether Excel automati-

cally applies the sort order you just created.

To create the PivotTable:

1 Return to the Survey worksheet and insert a new PivotTable on a

new worksheet.

2 Drag the Interest field to the Row Labels and Values area of the

PivotTable. Figure 7-29 shows the resulting PivotTable.
