2 Preview this page in your browser; it appears as a form-based page. This page will
generate the necessary markup and JavaScript for your project, but you will need to add
a few properties related to your project.

The SWFObject interface. This page will generate custom Flash code for your projects.

3 Locate the SWF defi nition section, and in the Flash (.swf) fi eld, type the name of the
Flash fi le you want to add to your page, in this case, smoothie_ad.swf. This fi le is
located in the swfobject folder.
4 In the dimensions fi eld, type 220 for width and 250 for height. Every time you insert an
SWF fi le into a page using this method, you need to use exact values for width and height.
To determine these values, you can access the original FLA authoring fi le and get the
properties from there, or contact the creators of the Flash fi le and get the values from them.
Notice the Alternative content text fi eld. This code will be generated and will provide
users who do not have Flash with a link to the Adobe website where they can download
the latest version of Flash Player.
5 Click the Generate button; all the code needed to use your Flash fi le is created.
6 Select the code in the Generated output fi eld and choose Edit > Copy in your web
browser. Return to your text editor.
