104 Moses said, “O Pharaoh, I am a
messenger from the Lord of the
Worlds.”

ٰ
ى
َ
عَل
ٌ
ى يقحَ قِ
َ
هِ ل
َّ
ٱلل
َّ
لا

ۚ ٱ ل
ٓ
ى بَنِ
َ
ىعِ مَ
ْ
لسِ رْ
َ
أ
َ
فمْ
ُ
ك
ِّ
بن ر َّ
ِّ
ةٍ منَي ِّ
َ
ب
ِ
م ب
ُ
ك
ُ
ت

ئ

َ
ق
َ
يلءِ
ٓ
ٰ
رَ
ْ
س
ِ
إ
105 “It is only proper that I should not
say about Allah anything other than
the truth. I have come to you with
clear evidence from your Lord, so let
the Children of Israel go with me.”

ٱلص َّ
106 He said, “If you brought a miracle,
then present it, if you are truthful.”

ف

107 So he threw his staff, and it was
an apparent serpent.

ا

ض

108 And He pulled out his hand, and it
was white to the onlookers.

لأمَ

ٱل
َ
نعَوْ رْمِ فِ وْ

رٌحِ ن قمِ
ٰ

َ
ا ل
َ
ذ
ٰ

يمٌ ِعَ ل
109 The notables among Pharaoh’s
people said, “This is really a skilled
magician.”
ا ١١٠

ِ
ر
ْ

ُ

ِ

110 “He wants to evict you from your
land, so what do you recommend?”

َ

ا
ٓ

ُ
ال

رشِ
ٰ
حَ
111 They said, “Put him off, and his
brother, and send heralds to the
cities.”
١١٢
ٍ
يمِ عَ ل
ٍ
رحِ
ٰ
َ
س
ِّ
ل
ُ
ك
ِ
وكَ ب
ُ
ت
ْ
يَ أ
112 “And let them bring you every
skillful magician.”
ءَ ١١٣
ٓ

ةحَ رَ

رًا جْ ٱ ل س

ا لأ

ن
َ
ل

ن
ِ
إ
۟
ا
ٓ
و
ُ
ال
َ
ق
َ
نعَوْ رْفِ

نحْ

ا ن

ن

ين
ِ
بِل
ٰ

غ
ْ
ٱل
113 The magicians came to Pharaoh,
and said, “Surely there is a reward
for us, if we are the victors.”
١١٤

ا ل
َ
ق
َ
ين
ِ
بر َّ
َ
ق
ُ

ْ
ٱل
114 He said, “Yes, and you will be
among my favorites.”

ن ت

ٓ
ام َّ
ِ

وسمُ

ال

ق

نحْ
َ
ن
َ
ينقِ
ْ
لمُ
ْ
ٱل
115 They said, “O Moses! Either you
throw, or we are the ones to throw.”
١١٦

ٓ
وحَ رُ
َ
س
۟
اوْ
َ
ق
ْ
ل

ٓ
ام َّ
َ
ل
َ
ف ۖ

اسِ ٱلن َّ ق

مْ و
ُ
وه
ُ
بهَرْتَ
ْ
ٱس
ٍ
ي مع َ ظ ِ
ٍ
رحْ سِ
ِ
و بءُ
ٓ
جَ ا
َ
و
116 He said, “You throw!” And when
they threw, they beguiled the eyes of
the people, and intimidated them,
and produced a mighty magic.
