مًا ۚ فحْ

ا لوهَ

هَ ٱل أ

ل
يرٌ دِ

قءٍ
ْ
ى

ش
ِّ

ك
ٰ
ى
َ
عَ ل
a day, or part of a day.” He said,“No. You have tarried for a hundredyears. Now look at your food andyour drink—it has not spoiled—andlook at your donkey. We will makeyou a wonder for mankind. And lookat the bones, how We arrange them,and then clothe them with flesh.” Sowhen it became clear to him, hesaid, “I know that Allah has powerover all things.”٢٦٠

260 And when Abraham said, “MyLord, show me how You give life tothe dead.” He said, “Have you notbelieved?” He said, “Yes, but to putmy heart at ease.” He said, “Takefour birds, and incline them toyourself, then place a part on eachhill, then call to them; and they willcome rushing to you. And know thatAllah is Powerful and Wise.”٢٦١

ن يَشمَِ ل

فعِ
ٰ

ض
ُ
ي

ٱلل
يمٌ ِ عَ ل
ٌ
عسِ
ٰ
وَ
261 The parable of those who spendtheir wealth in Allah’s way is that of agrain that produces seven spikes; ineach spike is a hundred grains. Allahmultiplies for whom He wills. Allah isBounteous and Knowing.٢٦٢

لا وَ مْ

فوْ

لا وَ مْ

ب رَ

ندعِ
262 Those who spend their wealth inthe way of Allah, and then do notfollow up what they spent withreminders of their generosity or withinsults, will have their reward withtheir Lord—they have nothing tofear, nor shall they grieve.ٍة ٢٦٣

263 Kind words and forgiveness arebetter than charity followed byinsults. Allah is Rich and Clement.ا ٢٦٤

ك
264 O you who believe! Do not nullifyyour charitable deeds with remindersand hurtful words, like him whospends his wealth to be seen by thepeople, and does not believe in Allah
