ٱ لأ

َ

ون

ُ

ب

َ

كرْ

َ

ا تمَ

12 He Who created all the pairs; and

provided you with ships, and animals

on which you ride.

وُ تَ ١٣

ْ

ور

ظ

ٰ

ى

َ

ۦ عَ ل

َ

ةمَعِْ ن

۟

وارُ

ُ

ك

ْ

ذ

َ

تم َّ

إمْ

ُ

ك

ِّ

مْ برَ

ُ

تيْ

َ

وتَ

ْ

ٱس

َ

ن

ٰ

حَ

ْ

ب

ُ

س

۟

و ا

ُ

و ل

ُ

ق

َ

ت

َ

و هِ

ْ

ي

َ

ىذِ ٱ ع َ ل

َّ

ل

ُ

ه

َ

ا لن َّ

ُ

ا كمَ

َ

ا و

َ

ذ

ٰ

ا هَ َن

َ

لرَ

َّ

خ

َ

ۥ س

َ

ينِن

ِ

ر

ْ

قمُ

13 That you may mount their backs,

and remember the favor of your Lord

as you sit firmly upon them, and say,

“Glory be to Him Who placed these

at our service; surely we could not

have done it by ourselves.

ن قمُ

َ

ا لَن

ِّ

ب

َ

ر

ٰ

ى

َ

ل

ِ

إ

ٓ

ا

َّ

ن

ِ

إ

َ

و

14 And surely, to our Lord we will

return.”

و ا

ُ

هِادِ ۥ جَ ع َ لوَ

َ

ب عِ

ْ

ۦ نمِ

َّ

ن

ِ

ا ۚ إ ًء

ْ

ز

ُ

ِ ج

ْ

ٱلإ

َ

ن

ٰ

َ

نس

ٌ

ين

ِ

ب م ُّ ورٌ

ُ

ف

َ

ك

َ

ل

15 Yet they turn one of His servants

into a part of Him. Man is clearly

ungrateful.

ٱت

ى

َ

فصْ

َ

أاتٍ وَ َ بَن

ُ

ق

ُ

ل

ْ

نِ ا يَخم َّمِ

َ

ب

ْ

ٱل

َ

ين

16 Or has He chosen for Himself

daughters from what He creates,

and favored you with sons?

كوَ

ها وَ

ًّ

دوَ

ْ

س

م

17 Yet when one of them is given

news of what he attributes to the

Most Gracious, his face darkens,

and he suppresses grief.

ي

ى ٱل

فوَ

ر

ي

َ

غ

18 “Someone brought up to be

beautiful, and unable to help in a

fight?”

ٓ

ٰ

لمَ

ْ

ٱ ل

َ

ين

ِ

ذ

َّ

ٱل

ُ

د

ٰ

َ

ح

َّ

ٱلر

ْ

ُ

ه

ق

ْ

ل

َ

خ

۟

وا

ُ

يوَ

19 And they appoint the angels, who

are servants to the Most Gracious,

as females. Have they witnessed

their creation? Their claim will be

recorded, and they will be

questioned.

ا ل

َ

ٱلر َّ قوَ

ُ

ن

ٰ

م مَحْ

ُ

ه

َ

ا لم ۗ م َّ

َ

ا عَبمَ

َ

ونصُ رُ

ْ

يَخ

َّ

لا

ِ

إمْ

ُ

ه

ْ

ن

ِ

إ ۖ مٍ

ْ

ل عِ

ْ

نكَ مِ ِل

ٰ

َ

ذ

ِ

ب

20 And they say, “Had the Most

Gracious willed, we would not have

worshiped them.” But they have no

knowledge of that; they are merely

guessing.

ي

هِ ۦ اتءَ

ِ

م ب

ۦ ف

ون

كسِمْتَ

ْ

سمُ

21 Or have We given them a book

prior to this one, to which they

adhere?
