همَ يَوْ

۟

وا

ُ

ق

ٰ

َ

ل يُ

ٰ

ى

َّ

حَ تمْ

ُ

هرْ

َ

ذ

َ

ىذِ ف

َّ

يهِ فِ ٱل

َ

ون

ُ

عَ قصْ يُ

45 So leave them until they meet their

Day in which they will be stunned.

ا ٤٦

ًٔ

ـ

ْ

ي

َ

شمْ

ُ

ه

ُ

د

ْ

ي

َ

كمْ

ُ

هْى عَ ننِ

ْ

غ يُ

َ

مْ لامَيَ وْ

ُ

ه

َ

لا

َ

و

َ

ونرُنصَ يُ

46 The Day when their ploys will avail

them nothing; and they will not be

helped.

٤٧

نكِ

ٰ

َ

ل

َ

كَ وِل

ٰ

َ

ذ

َ

ون

ُ

ا دًاب

َ

عَذ

۟

وامُ

َ

ل

َ

ظ

َ

ينذِ

َّ

لِ ل

َّ

ن

ِ

إ

َ

و

َ

و نمُ

َ

لي َ ع ْ

َ

لامْ

ُ

هرَ

َ

ث

ْ

ك

َ

أ

47 For those who do wrong, there is a

punishment besides that; but most of

them do not know.

٤٨

َ

رْ و

ِ

بٱصْ

ْ

حب ِّ

َ

س

َ

و ۖ اَنِن

ُ

يعْ

َ

أ

ِ

ب َك

َّ

ن

ِ

إ

َ

ف َك

ِّ

بر ِمَ

ْ

كحُ ِل

ومُ

ُ

ق

َ

ت

َ

ينكَ حِ

ِّ

ب رَ دِحَ مْ

ِ

ب

48 So patiently await the decision of

your Lord, for you are before Our

Eyes; and proclaim the praises of

your Lord when you arise.

٤٩

َ

نمِ

َ

و

ِ

ل

ْ

ي

َّ

رَ ٱل

ٰ

بَ

ْ

د

ِ

إ

َ

و

ُ

هحْب ِّ

َ

س

َ

و مِ جُ ُّٱ ل ن ف

49 And glorify Him during the night,

and at the receding of the stars.

ِمسْ

ِ

ب

ِ

ه

َّ

ٱلل

ِ

ن

ٰ

مَ

ْ

ح

َّ

ي مِ ٱلر

ِ

ح

َّ

ٱ ل ر

In the name of Allah, the Gracious,

the Merciful.

ِمجْ وَ ١

َّ

ٱ ل ن

ٰ

ىوَ

َ

ا ه

َ

ذ

ِ

إ

1 By the star as it goes down.

٢

ٰ

ىوَ

َ

ا غمَ وَ مْ

ُ

ك

ُ

باحِ صَ

َّ

ل

َ

ا ضمَ

2 Your friend has not gone astray,

nor has he erred.

٣

ِ

عَ ن

ُ

قا يَ نطِ

َ

م

َ

و

ٓ

ٰ

ى

َ

وهَ

ْ

ٱل

3 Nor does he speak out of desire.

٤

ٰ

و حَ ىي ُ

ٌ

ىحْ

َ

و

َّ

لا

ِ

إ

َ

و

ُ

ه

ْ

ن

ِ

إ

4 It is but a revelation revealed.

٥

ُ

ه

َ

م

َّ

ۥ عَ ل

ُ

يددِ

َ

ش

ٰ

ى

َ

و

ُ

ق

ْ

ٱل

5 Taught to him by the Extremely

Powerful.

٦

َ

ةٍ فر َّ و مِ

ُ

ذ

ٰ

ىوَ

َ

ت

ْ

ٱس

6 The one of vigor. He settled.

٧

ِ

بوَ

ُ

هوَ

ِ

ق

ُ

ف

ُ

ْ

ٱلأ

ٰ

ى

َ

لعْ

َ

ْ

ٱلأ

7 While he was at the highest

horizon.

٨

ٰ

ى

َّ

لدَتَ

َ

ا ف

َ

نَ دم َّ

ُ

ث

8 Then he came near, and hovered

around.

٩

ٰ

ى

َ

ن

ْ

د

َ

أوْ

َ

أ

ِ

ن

ْ

ي

َ

سوْ

َ

قابَ

َ

ق

َ

ان

َ

ك

َ

ف

9 He was within two bows’ length, or

closer.

هِدِ ١٠

ْ

عَب

ٰ

ى

َ

ل

ِ

إ

ٓ

ٰ

حَ ىوْ

َ

أ

َ

ۦ ف

ٰ

حَ ىوْ

َ

أ

ٓ

امَ

10 Then He revealed to His servant

what He revealed.
