Festivals

L’Boulevard Festival of Casablanca

(www.boulevard.ma) This three-day urban-music festival takes places every year in June, with
hip-hop, electro, rock, metal and fusion music, featuring bands from Morocco, France, the USA
and the UK.

Sleeping

Most of Casablanca’s hotels are in the centre of town with the exception of the youth hostel,
which is in the medina, and the upmarket hotels along the Blvd de la Corniche. Hotels fill up fast
during the summer months, particularly in August, so it’s a good idea to make reservations in
advance.
