With iOS 15 , iPhone and Apple Watch
users now have the ability to share health
data with loved ones or a care network. You
can choose to securely give a loved one visibility into
your health and wellness data, enabling them to have
more meaningful conversations and provide support
as they follow alerts and changes over time.
In the Health app, a Sharing
tab gives you control over which
data you share and with who.
For the person receiving this
information, important insights
and trends are highlighted.
With your permission, the
Health app can keep track
of valuable information,
helping bridge the gap of what
a person experiences between
clinic appointments.

Apple’s Spatial Audio has launched
and will transform music

Apple has launched Spatial Audio on Apple Music.
While Stereo gives you left and right directions, the new
technology is an immersive experience, with sound moving
around you in different directions. This cinema-like experience is
especially effective for
movies. Spatial doesn’t
require special
speakers, and works
on Apple AirPods Pro
and Apple AirPods
Max, but should
be coming to other
headphones soon.
Spatial Audio with
Dolby Atmos and
Lossless Audio has now
arrived for Apple Music
subscribers, and you can
enjoy it today.

Apple’s vice president of Technology.
“With watchOS 8, we’re bringing more
convenient access to places users live,
work, and visit”.
In watchOS 8, you can also look out
for a new Portraits watch face, and
enhancements to Messages and Photos
that make staying connected to loved
ones even easier. Mental wellbeing is
front and centre, with a reimagined
Breathe app and new Tai Chi and Pilates
workout types. These are supported by
powerful custom-built heart rate and
motion algorithms.
