Knowledge base
Play background sounds
Play any sound, or mixture of sounds, to
focus and drown outdistracting sounds
around you – like a noisy office, car horns
and so on. Play through the iPhone
speaker or better yet, use AirPods.
Time to sleep
First, set a timer to automatically stop the
sound from playing, then put theiPhone
next to your bed and play the sound. It will
then turn off by itself, when you have fallen
asleep. Many people find it helps.
Edit a mix
Sounds cannot be edited, but you can
edit mixes of sounds. Tap here to edit a
mix. Remove sounds, or add more to build
it out. You can also adjust the volume of
each sound in the mix.
