The detailed view
The watch app is designed for data
input. If you want to check your stats, you will
need to view the associated iOS app, which
displays all of the data clearly.

A clean and tidy presentation
Everything you need is justa tap away on your iPhone and Apple Watch
A virtual you
On the iPhone app, the main
interface is dominated by a virtual
representation of you. This shows
how much you have progressed, to
help you complete your hydration
target on the day.
Build it up
The ‘History’ of your hydration is
vitally important in maintaining
your physical health, and the data
is presented very cleanly on the
iPhone. Make sure you check it on a
regular basis!
Other liquids
Use this icon to add other drinks,
such as coffee, tea and even
carbonated drinks! Water is
obviously the healthiest, but you
can still hydrate in many other ways.
Tweak all areas
In ‘Settings’, you can tweak how
the app works on your iPhone, and
crucially on your Apple Watch. This
lets you ensure it works as efficiently
as possible on your wrist.
