Milk and Health


Milk has long been synonymous with
wholesome, fundamental nutrition, and for
good reason: unlike most of our foods, it is
actually designed to be a food. As the sole
sustaining food of the calf at the beginning of
its life, it’s a rich source of many essential
body-building nutrients, particularly protein,
sugars and fat, vitamin A, the B vitamins, and
calcium.
