Apple Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

1 avocado

2 apples

1⁄4 cup purified water

Directions

1. Peal the apples and take out the core.


2. Take the avocado meat out of the avocado.


3. Put the two ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a hand mixer.
