  1. There should be at least 6 cups of apple sauce mixture, if not, ad more apples and
    put the mixture through the juicer again. For best results transfer the mixture to a
    food processor and process until very smooth.

  2. Add cinnamon, process until mixed.

  3. With the processor running, gradually sprinkle in the psyllium/flax seed. Process
    until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Immediately pour the filling into the pie crust, cover and refrigerate.

  5. Top with thinly sliced apples that have been dipped in lemon juice.

  6. Serve as is, or with raw ice-cream or whipped cream.
