Vanilla Cream
Serves 3-4
Ingredients
2 Cups Coconut Meat
1 Cup Cashew Nuts (optional )
1⁄2 cup Coconut water
1 teaspoon 1⁄2 cup agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or 1 vanilla bean
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Tip
This cream makes a great desert with fresh fruit or as is. You may also run it in your ice
cream maker for a delicious creamy ice cream.
