Arugula Lettuce Pear Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana
2-3 pears
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 bag of frozen raspberries
21⁄2 cups pure water
1 teaspoon super foods of choice
small bunch arugula lettuce
liquid stevia to taste
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Blend well.
Tip
- Arugula lettuce and pear are an excellent combination. Very delicious and nutritious
smoothie. - You might try this combination in a salad too.
