produce. All of the milk is local and organic, with
vegetarian rennet in all its soft cheeses, and you
can often watch cheese being made from a large
view window near the entryway.

rustic HI property has bunkhouses with warm
and cozy front rooms, big-view windows and
outdoor areas with hill vistas, and a brand new
LEED-certifi ed building with four private rooms.
It’s in a beautiful secluded valley 2 miles from
the ocean and surrounded by lovely hiking trails,
and the only lodging in the park.

behind the restaurant at Keller’s latest venture,
Addendum (h11am-2pm Thu-Sat), which also
