Upgrade Projects
You can upgrade all code files in your project to the current MATLAB release using the
Upgrade Project tool. This tool applies all fixes automatically when possible and produces
a report.
TipTo perform an upgrade that you can later revert if necessary, add source control to
your project before upgrading. For more information, see “Use Source Control with
Projects” on page 31-48.
Run Project Upgrade Tool
To upgrade a project to the current MATLAB release, on the Project tab, click Run
Checks > Upgrade. The Upgrade Project dialog box opens.
To upgrade all files, run all checks, and apply fixes automatically where possible, click
Upgrade.
- If you want to run the Project Upgrade tool without applying fixes automatically, clear
Apply upgrades automatically. - If you want to specify which files to upgrade and which checks to run, click Change
Options. The Upgrade Options dialog box opens.
