A DC motor is designed so that its shaft will rotate in either direc-
tion. It is a very simple process to reverse the direction of rotation of any
DC motor. By reversing the relationship between the connections of the
armature winding and field windings, reversal of rotation is achieved.
Usually, this is done by changing the terminal connections at the point
