EXERCISE OBJECTIVE
When you have completed this exercise, you will be able to convert between delta and wye
circuits. You will verify your results by comparing calculated and measured values.
DISCUSSION
- Converting between each network configuration requires that an equivalent resistor value be
calculated. - Most basic electronics books provide formulas to determine the resistor equivalents of delta
to wye and wye to delta configurations.
