    creams, lotions, soaps and other items commonly used
    on the skin and scalp. Most especially avoid fragrance,
    which is listed on the label as such. Use only plain, pure
    liquid and solid soaps without chemicals — not an easy
    task when shopping but these products are available.
    Some are scented with lemon, peppermint and other nat-
    ural oils.


The most important factor associated with dietary supplements is
not any particular supplement, but that you should try obtaining all
your nutrients from a healthy diet. Only after you’ve done the best job
with your food intake should a dietary supplement be considered.
