conditions were necessary for that process.
Since Hubble's and Friedman evidence of a dynamical universe
didn't have ample and absolute evidence to denounce Steady
State theory, at that moment Big Bang was suppressed and
Gamow turned hailing at Fred Hoyle one of the profounder of
the Steady State theory.
Cosmic after glow
It was in 1964 when this problem was solved for once and for
all. Working at Bell Telephone institution, Arno Penzias and
Robert Wilson listened to some noises gathered by their radio
ground satellites.
At first, they thought it was because of what they call ‘dielectric
matter,’ alternatively called bird droppings, in dishes causing
such persisting noise. So they cleaned the dishes expecting to
terminate the noise, but they were surprised to continue hearing
the noise of same intensity.
In every direction they pointed the dishes, whether day or night,
during any season, they gathered exactly that noise. That meant
it was of extrasolar origin.
