After Einstein laid down his theory of relativity, whilst
physicists and mathematicians were pondering on his equations,
another issue was at stake. This issue had been sparked by 1900
Max Plank's discovery of black bodies and Einstein's
photoelectric effect of 1905.
The scientific society was trying to understand the phenomenon
of light. As l discussed in the previous part under sub topic
