Into the world of the small
Physics had drastically enhanced our understanding of the
universe from a macrocosm to a microcosm. Since we had a
glimpse of the formation of large structure from a hot bang of a
'primeval atom' we had begun to probe deep into the scales of
nature so that we can have a better caricature of the primordial
moments of the universe.
For us to achieve this, large machines had been built to probe
deep to atomic scales, and further to sub-atomic scales, the
fundamental architectural framework of the cosmos.
