So, this is a good example of how humans acquired various
beliefs, and the emergence of religion. The way the bottle was a
mystery to Xi, is the way the universe was a mystery to human
civilizations long time back. Thus meteor showers were bad
omens, the Sun was a god, Helios, in Egypt named Rha, who
was thought to born and die every day, the Moon was a goddess,
Mars was a god of War and Venus god of love and Moon's
various shapes during its phases had various mystical meanings.
But, to them, there was a single supernatural being, invisible,
and living in heavens, above everything. That being was
supposed to be all powerful, (omnipotent), and all loving,
(omnibenevolent) all knowing, (omniscient), and immortal.
Since that being was all powerful, must not had a creator above
it. They thought that being was the creator of all stars they saw,
and the world they lived on. And all what they regarded as the
bad omens, they thought was driven by the anger of that being
when they wronged it. Therefore, they must seek guidance,
protection and forgiveness. That's the emergence of religious
beliefs, faith, absolute belief despite absence of evidence and
worshiping. That being was named God, others named it Allah,
Yahweh, whilst others thought they are many other gods under
it. The foundation of Christianity, Hinduism, Jainism,
Buddhism, Islam and Jewish, the six religious hostile camps.
