terms, transformations in 4-D space-time of general relativity
are invariant. The metric tensor is the most important
mathematical object in EFE which defines and describe the
metric of space in which our universe resides. Λ (Greek letter
lamda) is the cosmological constant put forward by Einstein in
1917, representing an anti-gravity force which opposes the force
of gravity; now we call it dark energy, a vacuum pressure
causing the acceleration of the universe in its expansion. In
1931, following discovery of the cosmic expansion scenario
discovered by Edwin Hubble, Einstein regrets of putting the
cosmological constant, which he called his biggest blunder. The
right hand side (RHS) of EFE describes the mass-energy density
of the universe represented by 푇휇푣, stress-energy tensor.

According to these relations, as per John Archibald Wheeler
famous statement, the RHS tells the LHS how to curve and the
LHS tells the components of the RHS how to move in the
curved fabric of space-time. 퐺휇푣 is the Einstein metric tensor.

In 1916, Germany physicist, Karl Schwarzchild gave the first
solutions to Einstein's field equation, in which he proposed a
Schwarzchild radius of a region of intense gravity, primarily
proposed by John Michell as an extremely dense region of
space-time. That was the basis of discovery of black holes, a
named coined by John Archibald Wheeler.
