when two black holes collide? This is a cataclysmically
catastrophic event which we ever witnessed. The collision of
two black holes will be devastating causing production of
extremely strong gravitational which will wipe anything within
the vicinity. That black hole with less mass will be
gravitationally attracted towards that with very strong gravity. A
merging black hole will be formed, which will abide to
Hawking-Bekenstein formula of entropy. Even if a white hole
come within the vicinity of a black hole, it will try by all means
to fight back, but it will not stand the strong gravity of a black
hole.
On 10 April 2019, after the death of Hawking on 14 March
2018, the first image of a black hole ever was released, after a
rigorous multitudes of observations by Event Horizon
Telescope. In 2020, Penrose was awarded a Nobel prize on his
work on black holes. As for now, black holes are a part of our
quest of expounding a quantum gravity theory, how gravity
behaves in black holes or quantum scales.
