  1. Click the Background color button on the Formatting toolbar. (If the formatting
    toolbar is not present, you can make it so by clicking View ➪ Toolbars ➪ Formatting
    from the menu bar.) Select LightSteelBlue and click OK. Leaving the text boxes
    selected; click the B on the formatting toolbar to make the font of all the labels
    bold.

  2. Select the Internet Sales Amount fi eld on the report, and right-click. Select
    Text Box Properties.

  3. Click the Numbers tab.

  4. Select Currency, and then click the check box beside Use Thousands Separator.
    Click OK.

  5. Under row groups in the bottom left of the design surface, right-click the
    Subcategory group. Select Group Properties. Click the Visibility tab.

  6. Select hide.

  7. Click the check box beside Display can be toggled by this report item.

  8. Select Category for the report item to toggle by..

  9. Under column groups in the bottom right of the design surface, right-click the
    Region grouping. Click the Visibility tab.

  10. Select Hide.

  11. Click the check box beside Display can be toggled by this report item.

  12. Select Country for the fi eld that is used to toggle the grouping. Click OK.
    Click preview to see the results. Because the Subcategory group has been conditionally
    hidden and can be toggled with the Category group, there will be a plus sign beside the
    Category group on the report. The Subcategory data can be seen by clicking the plus sign
    beside the Category group, as shown in Figure 55-4. The same toggling can be performed
    on the Country column. This toggling is referred to as drill-down.
