Perspectives are a subset of objects in a BI Semantic Model. Perspectives are created by select-
ing specifi c dimensions, attributes, hierarchies, measure groups, measures, or KPIs. These
subset of objects within the BI Semantic Model are typically defi ned for a particular audience
or analysis scenario. A smaller set of objects make it easier to navigate large data sets.To create a new perspective follow these steps:- Follow steps 1 to 10 from the section “Creating BI Semantic Models Using
PowerPivot.”
