In this section you’ll create a database using SQL Server Management Studio because you’ll
need it later in the chapter. Creating a database is pretty easy even though there isn’t a
wizard or dialog to help. So, open up SQL Server Management Studio in SQL Server 2012 and
in the Server Connection dialog, enter the Fully Qualifi ed Server Name of the SQL Database
